A) Conditioning

Power clean
Ring dip
400m Run
- For the round of 21, barbell weight is 60/40 kg
- For the round of 15, barbell weight is 70/45 kg
- For the round of 9, barbell weight is 80/50 kg
- Time cap: 15 minutes

B) Rowing Conditioning
Work with a Partner, you rest while they work, each complete:
