WORKOUT OF THE DAY

A) Barbell Conditioning
A1) Every minute, for 6 minutes:
3 Cleans @ 65%
Rest 4 minutes
A2) Every minute, for 6 minutes:
3 Push jerks @ 65%

*Today we will use lighter loads. 
*The focus is on speed and position

B) Conditioning
7 rounds for time:
7 Hang cleans (60/40 kg)
7 Burpees over the bar
7 Chest to bar pull ups

*Time cap: 15 minutes
