Engine Work (8.30 – 9.30 am)

A) Conditioning
5 x 3 minutes on : 1 minute off
12 Kettlebell swings
9 Air squats
6 Push-ups

B) 3-5 sets
10 Push-up shoulder taps, with 3 second hold
10/10 Turkish sit-ups
10/10 Single arm kettlebell swings

Strength in Balance (8.30 - 9.30 am)

The next 8 weeks will focus on common issues that lead to lower back pain. This includes hip stability, core strength and mobility.
