WORKOUT OF THE DAY

A) Conditioning: Lactate Threshold (Speed / Power Group)

10 x 2 minutes on : 1 minute off, alternate between A1 and A2:

A1) 350m Run, as fast as possible (rest the remainder of the 2 minutes)

A2) AMRAP:
21 Dumbbell snatch
15 Burpee
9 Toes to bar

*Each round should be completed at max effort

A) Conditioning: Aerobic Threshold (Aerobic Capacity Group)

Every 7 minutes for 35 minutes:
350m Run
21 Dumbbell snatch
15 Burpee
9 Toes to bar

*Each round should be completed at a sustainable, repeatable pace
*You should be getting 1-2 minutes rest per round, adjust reps as needed
