Max rep bench press @ bodyweight
Max rep strict pull-ups

* Move straight from the bench press to the pull-ups
* Rest 3-5 minutes between rounds

B) Accessory
2-4 rounds:
10/10 Single arm strict press
10/10 Single arm ring row
30-40 second weighted hollow hold (plate overhead)
