WORKOUT OF THE DAY

A) Conditioning: "Watch the Clock"

A1) At 00:00, perform 3 rounds for time of:
12 Front squats (60/40 kg)
12 Burpee pull-ups

A2) At 10:00, perform, 3 rounds for time of:
15 Power cleans (60/40 kg)
15 Burpees

A3) At 20:00, perform 3 rounds for time of:
800m Run
15 Deadlifts (100/70 kg)
15 Pull-ups

* For each workout try to move at a consistent pace
* The time for each round should be the same
* Break rounds 1 & 2 as you envisage round 3
