A) Strength / Conditioning
For time:
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
Hang Power Cleans + Push Jerks

*Complete 10 hang power cleans + 10 push jerks unbroken, then drop the bar - that is round 1. *Rest as little as possible to be able to pick up the bar up and perform the reps of each movement, unbroken
*If you fail to complete the round unbroken....it doesn't count!
