THE OPEN IS COMING....

And personally I can't wait!

Excitement levels in the gym have been on the rise as Dave Castro sends the CrossFit community on a wild goose chase hinting at what the 2017 CrossFit Open workouts might be or what new movements they might be taking on...

Throughout the rest of the year, we have an idea of what our training will entail and what programming is coming our way, but the Open is a true test of an individual's preparedness for any challenge. Athletes around the world have been preparing for an unknown series of tests that are about to come their way.

And YOU are one of those Athletes!
