We are excited to announce our first Skill Development Workshop on Saturday 15 April from 1.30 - 2 pm! This month we will be focusing on Double Unders. The 30-minute workshop will include a series of drills and progressions to help improve your skipping skills, which you will have the chance to practice at the end of the session.
Our Skill Development Workshops are free to all members.
