WORKOUT OF THE DAY

A) Conditioning
Every 2 minutes for as long as possible complete:

From 0:00-2:00
2 Rope climb, 15 ft
2 Front squats (80/50 kg)

From 2:00-4:00
2 Rope climb, 15 ft
4 Front squats (80/50 kg)

From 4:00-6:00
2 Rope climb, 15 ft
6 Front squats (80/50 kg)

*Continue adding 2 reps to the front squat each interval for as long as you are able. Adjust the workout as needed when logging your score
* We'll be focusing on rope climb technique, so make sure you wear tall socks or joggers!
