A) Strength: Power clean

1 x 5 @ 70%
1 x 5 @ 75%
1 x 5 @ 80%
1 x AMRep @ 85%

B) Accessory

B1) Halting Clean Deadlift:
5 x 3 @ 85% 1RM Power clean
* Perform a clean deadlift to mid-thigh, pause for 3 seconds before returning to the floor

B2) Single arm farmers carry
2-4 sets per arm, for 100m
