WORKOUT OF THE DAY

A) Strength: Power clean

1 x 5 @ 75%
1 x 3 @ 80%
1 x 3 @ 85%
1 x AMRep @ 95%

B) Accessory

B1) Halting Clean Deadlift: 7 x 1-2 @ 90%+ 1RM Power clean

Perform a clean deadlift to mid-thigh, pause for 3 seconds before returning to the floor

B2) Weighted squat jumps
Every minute for 6 minutes, peform 3 reps
*Use weight vest or KB
*The goal is to be explosive
