Don't forget, our Hens vs Stags WOD is this Saturday 6 May, kicking off at 8 am! 

After the WOD, join us in the evening for the CrossFit 1864 Hag Do! We'll be stuffing our faces with pizza at Franco Manca in Canary Wharf from 8 pm.

WORKOUT OF THE DAY

A) Strength: Power clean

1 x 3 @ 75%
1 x 3 @ 80%
1 x 3 @ 85%
1 x AMRep @ 90%

B) Accessory

B1) Halting Clean Deadlift: 6 x 3 @ 90% 1RM Power clean
* Perform a clean deadlift to mid-thigh, pause for 3 seconds before returning to the floor.

B2) 2-3 sets per side:
10 Suitcase deadlifts
50m Single arm farmers carry
Rest 30 seconds between arms
