WORKOUT OF THE DAY

A) Strength: Bench press

1 x 5 @ 75%
1 x 3 @ 80%
1 x 3 @ 85%
1 x AMRep @ 95%

*Perform 30 band pull-aparts after each set

B) Accessory

B1) Seated dumbbell press
Perform 2 sets, aim to reach failure at 15-20 reps
– Rest 3 minutes between sets –

B2) Alternating EMOM x 15
Minute 1: 8/8 Single arm dumbbell row
Minute 2: Shoulder external rotation
Minute 3: Rest
