WORKOUT OF THE DAY

2017 CrossFit Games Regional Event 1

For time, wearing a weight vest:
1200m Run
Then, 12 rounds of:
4 Strict handstand push-ups
8 Chest to bar pull-ups
12 Air squats

* Wear a weight vest if you are a gymnastics ninja
* Time cap: 35 minutes

Engine Work: Aerobic Capacity

A) Warm-up
10 minute easy row

- Rest 2 minutes -

B) Aerobic Conditioning
4 sets:
750m Row
500m Row
- Rest 90 seconds - 

Pacing
750m @ easy to moderate (no fatigue), approx 2km PB pace + 10-15 seconds
500m @ 2km PB Pace
