WORKOUT OF THE DAY

A) Strength / Gymnastics
15 minute AMRAP for quality:
50m Single arm farmers carry, per side
10 Single arm dumbbell row, per side
10 Alternating push-up shoulder tap with 3 second hold

A) Conditioning

5 x 2 minutes on : 3 minutes off
Row or Assault Bike for distance

In your rest period complete a 60m sandbag carry (bearhug hold)
