We'll be doing battle against Iron Phoenix CrossFit in Romford, at their box. The throwdown will start at 10.30 am. For more details and to register, check out our recent blog here

NB We will only be running our 8 am class on this day.


WORKOUT OF THE DAY

A) Strength

4 sets of:
6 Deadlift (Heavy)
- Rest 30 seconds -
15 Handstand Push-Ups (consecutive or accumulated in no more than 3 sets)
- Rest 2 minutes -

B) Conditioning

In teams of two, alternate full rounds to complete 5 each of:
10 Hang power cleans (70/45 kg)
250m Row
*Each round is for time, but we are looking for consistency
