Thumbs up for Deadlift Day!

WORKOUT OF THE DAY

A) Strength: Deadlift

1 x 5 reps @ 75-80%
1 x 3 @ 80-85%
1 x 1 @ 85-90%
1 x 5 @ 80-85%
1 x 3 @ 85-90%
1 x 1 @ 90+%

* Rest 3-4 minutes between sets and use that time to practice muscle up drills

B) Conditioning

With a partner, 18 minute AMRAP:
40/30 Calorie row (or 25/19 Calorie bike)
30 Box jumps (24/20 in)
20 Handstand Push-Ups
10 Muscle-ups (bar or ring)

*Split work as needed

MOBILITY DRILL OF THE WEEK
