WORKOUT OF THE DAY
A) Conditioning: CrossFit Open 16.1, Dumbbell style!
20 minute AMRAP:
10 Single arm overhead lunge with dumbbell, right arm
10 Single arm overhead lunge with dumbbell, left arm
8 Chest to bar pull-ups
