WORKOUT OF THE DAY

A) Gymnastics
Every minute for 10 minutes, alternate between:
Pull-ups @ 50% of max rep set
Handstand push-ups @ 30 seconds for max reps

B) Conditioning
32 x 20 seconds on : 10 seconds off:
Push-up
Handstand hold
Toes to bar (or Ab-mat sit-up)
Hollow hold

* Perform all 8 intervals on one movement before moving to the next
