Our beloved shirtless wonder, Coach Whizz, is headed off for a year of travelling the globe, and what better way to show him how much we’ll miss him than a spicy benchmark workout?!

A) Strength: Gymnastics
Every 90 seconds, for 15 minutes, alternate between:
5 Strict pull-ups (weighted)
5 Strict ring dips (weighted)

B) Conditioning
For time:
400m Run
21 Front squats (82.5/55 kg)
400m Run
15 Front squats
400m Run
9 Front squats
