WORKOUT OF THE DAY
A) Strength: Gymnastics
Every 90 seconds, for 15 minutes, alternate between:
5 Strict pull-ups (weighted)
5 Strict ring dips (weighted)
21 Front squats (82.5/55 kg)
15 Front squats
9 Front squats
