A) Strength
4 Sets of: 4-6 Shoulder press
- Rest 90 seconds -
10-15 Single arm dumbbell rows, per arm
- Rest 90 seconds -

B) Conditioning
In pairs, complete 3 rounds (each) for time of:
500m Row
20 Shoulder to Overhead (50/35 kg)
* Perform in a relay fashion
* Once you partner has moved on to the next movement you may begin
