WORKOUT OF THE DAY

A) Strength: Front squat
Establish a 5 rep max

B) Strength/Accessory
3-5 Supersets:
5 Strict/Weighted pull-ups
10 Bench press
15 Sumo deadlifts
20 Dumbbell hex press

* Heaviest loads that can be performed unbroken
* Minimal rest between movements, 2-3 minutes rest between rounds
