On Friday 30 March after the 11 am class (Bank Holiday Class Schedule), we'll be popping some popcorn and watching the 2017 CrossFit Games documentary, The Redeemed and the Dominant.

A1) Back squat: 4 x 3 @ 85%
A2) Sumo deadlift: 10 minutes to build to a heavy double.

* Reset on each rep, do not touch and go

15 Strict knees to elbows
10/10 Single arm dumbbell row
