A) Weightlifting

A1) Snatch + Hang snatch + Snatch: Daily max
* Perform the first snatch and hang snatch touch and go, then drop and re-set for the final snatch

A2) Hang clean: 3 x 3 @ 75%+ of clean

B) Conditioning
