CrossFit (9 – 10 am, 11.30 am – 12.30 pm)

A) Conditioning

20 minute AMRAP:
7 Power cleans (60/40 kg)
7 Burpees
200m Run

Competition Class (10 – 11.30 am)

A) Weightlifting

A1) Snatch 3 x 3 @ 80-85%
* Drop and re-set each rep

A2) Clean: 3 x 3 @ 80-85%
* Drop and re-set each rep

A3) 1 Power clean + 5 Push press, up to a daily max

B) Conditioning

12 minute AMRAP:
6/4 Strict handstand push up
9 Deadlifts (100/70 kg)
30 Double unders

C) Skill Work
