A1) Back squat: 4 x 3

*Add 0-5kg based on how last week felt

B) Conditioning

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 mins of:
25 Burpees
15 Back squats 1x bodyweight

*No rack

ENGINE WORK: AEROBIC CAPACITY

A) Row

2 x 3km, rest 4 minutes between each

*Target pace to be average pace of prior week’s 2 x 2km intervals
