WORKOUT OF THE DAY
Every minute for 36 minutes, alternate between:
Wall balls (9/6 kg)
* Aim to add 1-3 reps to each movement per round
* Move at a easy, sustainable pace
* If using a heart rate monitor aim for 65-80% of your max HR
