A) Conditioning - Mixed Modal Lactic Endurance Test

Fight Gone Bad + Championship Version

5 rounds, 1 minute per station, of:
Wall ball 9/6kg
Sumo deadlift high pull 35/25kg
Box jump 20 in
Push press 35/25kg
Calorie row
*1 minute rest

You will get a score for the regular 3 round version of FGB, and a score for the 5 rounds Championship version
