The CrossFit Games are coming to CrossFit 1864 this weekend, Saturday and Sunday, 4 and 5 August!
Every class this weekend will be taking on a WOD from this year's CrossFit Games, an old favourite from a previous CrossFit Games, or a variation of a CrossFit Games workout. Have fun, throw some weight around, and get a small taste of what the top level CrossFit athletes will be taking on this weekend in Madison, Wisconsin! Our class times will be the same as usual, but on Sunday, every class will be doing the same workout (this means that the men are welcome to sign up for the Women's Only session for this Sunday).
WORKOUT OF THE DAY
A) Strength Test
Front squat: Build to a 1, 3 or 5 rep max
* Choose one, do not try and max out all three lifts please!
150 Double unders
30 Deadlift 80/52.5kg
100 Double unders
50 Double unders
* Time cap: 10 minutes
