WORKOUT OF THE DAY
A1) Front squat: 4 x 5 @ 75% of 1RM
* The last set is an AMRep
* Perform a set every 3 minutes
A2) Every minute for 12 minutes, alternate between:
7 Ring dips, strict
7 Bent over barbell rows
In 4 minutes:
30 Wall balls (9/6 kg)
