Gymnastics Conditioning & Breathwork
* All performed with nasal breathing only

A) 14 minute AMRep: Max strict handstand push-up
Every time you come off the wall, 200m Run

B) 14 minute AMRep: Max strict toes to bar
Every time you come off the wall 250m/200m Row

C) 14 minute AMRep: Max strict muscle-ups
Every time you come off the wall, run/row/bike (your choice!)
* Bike 0.5 / 0.3 mile
* Rest 1 minute between A, B and C
