WORKOUT OF THE DAY

A) Strength: Back squat

3 @ 75%
2 @ 80%
1 @ 85%
3 @ 80%
2 @ 85%
1-3 @ 90%

*Try to perform 1 set every 2 minutes

B) Strength/Accessory

Every minute for 15 minutes, alternate between:
4-6 Bench press
8-10 Bent over barbell row w/ supinated grip
8-10 Romanian deadlifts
*Heavy as you can within the rep ranges
