WORKOUT OF THE DAY

A) Pulmonary warm-up
3 rounds, with nasal breathing only:
10 Air squat
10 Push-ups
Exhale breath hold and jog in place for as long as possible into...
3 x 1 minute on : 1 minute off
Row / Assault bike @ increasing paces
* Set 1 in breathing gear 1-2
* Set 2 in breathing gears 2-3
* Set 3 in breathing gears 3-4


B) 3 rounds:
19 Wall balls 9/6kg
19 Calorie row
* Use this as a test to find your strategy for the wall balls and pace on the row
* Your wall ball strategy and rowing pace on round 3 is a good indicator of what your first round should be performed at
