Warm-up

3 rounds:
1 minute run, row, bike, skip
10 Mountain climbers
10 Goblet squats (increasing weight)
15-30 second hollow hold

– then –

3 rounds:
3 Clean pull under
3 Hang clean (above the knee)
3 Hang clean (below the knee)
3 Clean

Beginning on an 8 minute clock, complete as many reps as possible of:
25 Toes-to-bars
50 Double Unders
15 Squat Cleans (62.5/40 kg)
25 Toes-to-bars
50 Double Unders
13 Squat Cleans (85/52.5 kg)

If completed before 8 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
25 Toes-to-bars
50 Double Unders
11 Squat Cleans (102.5/65 kg)

If completed before 12 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
25 Toes-to-bars
50 Double Unders
9 Squat Cleans, 125/80 kg

If completed before 16 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:

25 Hanging Knee Raises
50 Single Unders
15 Squat Cleans, (45/25 kg)
25 Hanging Knee Raises
50 Single Unders
13 Squat Cleans (52.5/35 kg)

If completed before 8 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
25 Hanging Knee Raises
50 Single Unders
11 Squat Cleans (62.5/45 kg)

If completed before 12 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
25 Hanging Knee Raises
