WORKOUT OF THE DAY

Warm-up
3-4 rounds:
200m Row
8 Step-ups, alt legs
- Increase load each round
8 Single arm strict press, per side
8 Push-up shoulder taps

A) Strict HSPU / Scaled Strict Handstand Push-up Practice
* If you have never tried, attempt a few reps
* Play around with hand placement - Wider hands means shorter ROM

B) Handstand Walking Practice

C) Every minute for 12 minutes, alternate between:
8 Single arm overhead walking lunges (practice switching arms after rep 4)
6 Dumbbell box step ups (practice holding weight and switch sides after rep 3)
1-5 Strict Handstand push up
5-15 ft Handstand walk
