WORKOUT OF THE DAY

A) Strength, Conditioning & Accessory

At 00:00:
Establish a heavy 3 reps for the deadlift

At 15:00, perform a 12 minute AMRAP of:
400m Run
5 Deadlifts @ 75-80% of the heavy 3
* Aim for unbroken sets on the deadlifts

Between 30:00 & 45:00, perform 3-4 sets for quality:
3-2-1
Dumbbell power clean
Dumbbell push press
- Then -
15 Toes to bar

* Dumbbell complex must be completed unbroken, build to the heaviest weight you can.
* If you top out the 22.5kg dumbbells, perform 4-3-2-1, then 5-4-3-2-1 etc
* Rest no more than 2 minutes between sets
