A) Strength / Conditioning
10 down to 1 of Shoulder to overhead @ 105-110% of 10RM push press
Perform 5-10 Pull-ups between each round.
*Can you maintain unbroken STOH?!
*Rx+ Chest to bar pull-ups OR Strict pull-ups
*Choose a number of pull-ups you are confident you can maintain unbroken EVERY round.
