A) Conditioning

In 8 minutes get as far as possible
2, 4, 6, 8...
Thruster (42.5/30 kg)
Pull-up

*Rx+: Dumbbell thruster 22.5/15kg and/or Chest to bar pull-up

B) Accessory

5 Sets of:
15 seconds: Strict ring dip
45 seconds: Banded tricep extensions (light tension)

- 2 minute rest -

5 Sets of:
15 seconds: Strict pull-up
45 seconds: Banded pull-downs (light tension)
