WORKOUT OF THE DAY

A) Conditioning

Every 4 minutes for 12 minutes:
5 Power cleans @ heavy as possible
400m run @ fast as possible (or 500m Row / 1km bike)

5 Front squats @ heavy as possible 1 minute:

2 Kettlebell windmills, per side
60 second plank
2 Kettlebell windmills, per side
30 second hollow hold
