CLOSING and POST-CLASS Checklist

To be completed after your last class has finished

  • Foam rollers, ab-mats and gymnastics mats stored on the top shelf of the rack on the left.

  • PVC pipes stacked neatly in corner by 20kg bars

  • Kettlebells and dumbbells in size order and stored neatly on and under the left rack.

  • Benches stored by cupboard(2 below, 1 on each side)

  • Wall balls stacked by size on the shelves, laces facing forward

  • Bands and weight belts neatly hung on Rogue hanger

  • Skipping ropes neatly hung by the left rack

  • Climbing ropes coiled neatly around the base of the uprights

  • Rings organized: On the inside bars, lower the rings to 1 inch off the ground, with no trailing straps on the floor. Move them to the opposite side of the whiteboard.

  • J-hooks organized on the rig (one on each pole facing the closest wall)

  • 20kg barbells in the holder to the right of the rig

  • 15 kg and 7kg bars in the holder to the left of the rig

  • Use wire brush to remove excess chalk from the barbells

  • Bumper plates stacked in size order

  • Boxes stacked next to the storage cupboard

  • Rowers against the wall by the Nocco fridge, Assault Bikes and bike ergs in front of the Nocco Fridge, Ski ergs Next to the Rowers  Leave enough room for the Nocco Fridge 

  • Any trash collected and thrown in the bin

  • Any lost and found items added to black box.

  • Excess chalk and/or paper pieces cleaned from the floor using the Hoover (you may need to use the white extension in the storage cupboard)

  • Check toilet and tidy as needed (add loo roll to holder, remove rubbish etc)

  • Check shower room and tidy as needed (remove rubbish)

  • All classes signed in to team-up

  • Check that double doors are locked and have the security bar placed across the front

  • Charge the iPad

  • Turn off the main lights and shower via the gray fuse box

  • If you had a trial update your feedback on slack

  • Lock the main door as you leave.
