If you’re an experienced CrossFitter travelling to London and want to keep your training consistent, our drop-in CrossFit classes at CrossFit 1864 are the perfect option.
We regularly welcome visiting athletes from around the world, as well as commuters working in Canary Wharf, Blackwall, and East London who want flexible access to coached CrossFit sessions.
Visiting CrossFitters Welcome
CrossFit 1864 is a long-standing affiliate based in Poplar, East London, with easy access from Canary Wharf and the City. Our drop-in options allow you to train in a fully coached class without committing to a long-term membership.
All drop-ins are for experienced CrossFitters only, as sessions follow our standard group class format.

Drop-in sessions are designed for athletes with prior CrossFit experience. If you’re new to CrossFit or returning after a long break, we recommend starting with an introductory session instead so we can support you properly.
