Back to fitness
after a baby

Sound familiar?

You are not where
you used to be.

Maybe you have had a baby. Maybe life, illness or work kept you away for a year or more. Either way, your body feels different.

You want to get back to it, but you are not sure what is safe or where to start.

Starting again is easier with a coach who builds you up gradually.

How we help

Start where
you are.

We use CrossFit as our method, scaled right back and built up gradually as your strength returns.

01

A Chat First

Tell us where you are, what you have been through and what you want. We plan from there.

02

Rebuild The Basics

Core, breathing, posture and simple strength work before anything heavy.

03

Build Up Gradually

Weights and intensity only go up when you are ready.

After a baby: please get the all-clear from your GP or postnatal check first. If you have pelvic floor symptoms, a women's health physio is the best place to start.

What a week looks like

Your first
weeks back.

Start with two classes a week. Classes run Monday to Friday plus Saturdays. A typical return:

Weeks 1 to 2

Reconnect

Two classes a week. Movement, core and light strength.

Weeks 3 to 6

Rebuild

Load and effort go up slowly as you feel stronger.

Every Class

Scaled For You

Your coach adjusts every movement to how you feel that day.

Questions

Getting back
questions.

When can I start after having a baby?

Once your GP or postnatal check gives you the all-clear. If you are unsure, ask your GP or a women's health physio.

I have been away for years. Is it too late?

No. Every workout is scaled, and we will build you back up gradually.

Can I start one-to-one?

Yes. Personal training starts from £79 a session, and our Beginners Programme mixes one-to-one sessions with small classes.

What is the 14-day pass?

14 days of coached classes for £39. If you join before your pass ends, we credit the £39 back against your membership.
