What office workers

Yes. The class runs 12:30pm – 1:15pm, with a shower window that gets most members back at their desks by 1:30pm. If your office is further into Canary Wharf (like One Canada Square), factor in an extra 5–10 minutes of walking — still well under 1.5 hours total.

Workout kit, a water bottle, and a towel. We have showers, soap, and lockers on site. Many members keep a kit bag at the gym so they don't have to lug it from the office every day.

That's exactly who our Beginners Programme is for — three personal training sessions to learn the fundamentals, then you join group classes (lunchtime included) confident, scaled, and ready. You don't walk into the lunchtime class on day one — you show up prepared.

It's a real workout — the same programming as our morning and evening classes. But every movement is scaled to you. Your coach will help you hit the right intensity to feel like you trained properly, without leaving you unable to focus for your 2pm meeting.
