Yes. The class runs 12:30pm – 1:30pm and includes the workout, cooldown, and shower window. Most members are back at their desks by 1:30pm. If your office is in a tower like One Canada Square, you'll factor in another 5–10 minutes of walking — still well under 1.5 hours total.

Workout kit, a water bottle, and a towel. We have showers, soap, and lockers on site. Many members keep a kit bag at the gym so they don't have to lug stuff in from the office every day.

That's exactly who our Beginners Course is for. Three personal training sessions to learn the fundamentals, then you join group classes (lunchtime included) confident, scaled, and ready. You don't show up to the lunchtime class on day one — you show up after you're prepared.

It's a real workout — the same programming as our morning and evening classes. But every movement is scaled to you. Your coach will help you hit the right intensity to feel like you trained, without leaving you wrecked for your 2pm meeting.
