We are at Unit B05, Poplar Business Park, 10 Preston's Road, London E14 9RL. That is 5 minutes' walk from Blackwall DLR and about 15 minutes' walk from Canary Wharf. Watch the short video below and you will walk straight to our door.
From the main gate
to our door.
Coming from Blackwall DLR? It is a 5-minute walk to the main gate of Poplar Business Park on Preston's Road. From there, this short video takes you straight to our entrance, so you will not be wandering around the units looking for us.
- 1Start at the main gate of Poplar Business Park on Preston's Road and walk along the fence.
- 2Go through the black pedestrian gate into the business park.
- 3Walk along the path to the end.
- 4Turn left and walk to CrossFit 1864 at Unit B05.

Pick whichever route works best for your day.
On Foot
Walking from Canary Wharf takes about 15 minutes:
- Head east towards Preston's Road and Poplar Business Park
- At the main gate, follow the route in the video above
- We are at Unit B05, at the end of the path on the left
Public Transport
The easiest routes:
- DLR: Blackwall is closest. All Saints, East India and Poplar are also nearby.
- Bus: the D8 runs along Preston's Road, handy from the Isle of Dogs.
- Tube: Jubilee line to Canary Wharf, then a 15-minute walk.
By Car
If you are driving:
- Use E14 9RL for sat nav
- Parking is available within Poplar Business Park
- Spaces are limited, so allow extra time at peak hours
