The Isle of Dogs'
only real strength gym.

Isle of Dogs locals — your gym is across the bridge.
The Isle of Dogs has plenty of building gyms and chain gyms. They're fine for what they are. But if you want real strength training, real coaching, and the kind of community that keeps you showing up — you need to leave the Isle.
CrossFit 1864 is a short trip across the bridge. Small group classes capped at 10. Coach-led strength & conditioning. A real community that's been welcoming Isle of Dogs locals for over a decade.
