Sound familiar?

Run. Get injured.
Rest. Repeat.

You love running, but your knees, hips or calves keep complaining. Every niggle means weeks off and lost fitness.

You know strength training would help. You just do not know what to do, or how to fit it in without wrecking your legs.

A coach takes the guesswork out, and plans it around your runs.

How we help

Stronger legs.
Fewer niggles.

We use CrossFit as our method: strength, mobility and conditioning, coached and scaled around your training load.

01

Strength Where It Counts

Squats, deadlifts, lunges and single-leg work for strong hips, knees and ankles.

02

Planned Around Your Runs

Tell us your running week. Your coach helps you place sessions so you recover well.

03

Better Movement

Mobility and technique work that helps you stay loose and run more efficiently.

What a week looks like

week.

Two strength classes a week is enough for most runners. Classes run Monday to Friday plus weekends. An example:

Monday

Easy Run

Your own run.

Tuesday

Strength Class

Lower-body strength while your legs are fresh.

Thursday

Strength Class

Full-body strength and core work.

Weekend

Long Run

Your long run, with recovery built into the week.

Questions

Runner
questions.

Will strength training make me slower or heavier?

No. Done well, strength training helps most runners run more efficiently and stay injury-free.

How many sessions a week do I need?

Two a week is a good target for most runners. One still helps when your mileage is high.

Can you help me avoid injuries?

Getting stronger and moving better are two of the best ways to reduce running niggles. If you are injured now, see a physio first.

Do I need to stop running?

No. We plan around your running so both improve.

What is the 14-day pass?
