Sound familiar?

It does not bounce back
like it used to.

You used to be fit. Then work, family and life took over. Now your back is stiff, your knees complain and you get out of breath on the stairs.

You are not sure where to start, and you do not want to get hurt trying.

Strength and fitness can be rebuilt at any age. It just needs the right coaching.

How we help

Strong, mobile
and capable.

We use CrossFit as our method: strength, conditioning and movement, scaled to your body and built up gradually.

01

Strength First

Building muscle and strength is one of the best things you can do for long-term health.

02

Joint Friendly

Every movement is adjusted around old injuries and stiff spots. Nothing is forced.

03

Intensity Is Earned

Technique first, then effort. You get fitter without being thrown in at the deep end.

What a week looks like

What a week
looks like.

Two or three classes a week is a great start. Classes run Monday to Friday plus Saturdays. An example:

Monday

Strength

A main lift, coached and scaled to you.

Wednesday

Conditioning

A workout to build your engine, at your pace.

Saturday

Mixed

Strength, movement and a bit of fun to end the week.

Every Class

Movement Check

The warm-up doubles as a check, so your coach can adjust the day.

Questions

Fitness after 40
questions.

Am I too old to start?

No. We coach members in their 40s, 50s and beyond. Every workout is scaled to you.

I have old injuries. Can I still train?

Yes. Tell your coach and we will adjust movements around them. If an injury is recent or unassessed, see a physio first.

Will I be training with much younger people?

Classes are mixed in age and ability, and everyone works at their own level.

Will someone help me set goals?

Yes. After you join, you get a 20-minute goal-setting call with a coach, then regular check-ins to keep you on track.

What is the 14-day pass?

14 days of coached classes for £39. If you join before your pass ends, we credit the £39 back against your membership.
