The Beginners
Programme.

All new members complete the Beginners Programme before joining group classes. It's three weeks of personal coaching that teaches you the fundamental movements — the squat, the deadlift, and the press — coached 1-on-1 so you get them right from day one.

By the time you join your first group class, you already know the movements, understand scaling, and feel confident. You're not thrown into the deep end. You arrive prepared.

The programme also includes six group classes so you get a feel for the community before committing to a membership. After three weeks, you move straight into a monthly plan — and keep the momentum going.

Yes — all new members complete the Beginners Programme first. It's not a test or a gatekeeping exercise. It's how we make sure you arrive in your first group class confident, safe, and ready to train properly. The three weeks of 1-on-1 coaching also means your coach already knows you before you hit the group floor.
No joining fees and no long contracts. Monthly memberships run month to month — you're not locked in. The Beginners Programme (£160) is a one-off payment that covers your first three weeks including 10 sessions.
If you're starting out, the Kickstarter (13 sessions, £169/month) is the most popular choice — it works out at roughly 3 sessions per week, which is the sweet spot for building consistency and seeing real results. The Minimal plan (9 sessions, £149) suits people with unpredictable schedules who want flexibility. Unlimited (£199) is for members who want to train 4+ times per week.

Whether you're a complete beginner or someone returning after months or years away from training, the 1-on-1 sessions give you the space to rebuild properly — at your pace, without the pressure of a group setting. The six group classes included in the Beginners Programme also give you plenty of time to experience the community before deciding on a monthly membership.
Yes. All three daily slots — 6am, 12:30pm, and 5:30pm Monday to Friday — are available on every membership plan. Weekend sessions are also included. Your session count (9, 13, or unlimited) simply determines how many you can book per month.
