Grilled Chicken & Veggie Stir-Fry
You’ve had a long day, but you’re not reaching for takeout. Nope. You’re pulling together this Grilled Chicken & Veggie Stir-Fry like a pro. Toss the veggies in a pan, hit them with some soy sauce, and call it a night. High protein, minimal effort, maximum flavor—what more do you need?
Ingredients
- 340g grilled chicken breast, chopped 
- 200g frozen mixed veggies 
- 1 tbsp soy sauce (low sodium) 
- 1 tbsp olive oil 
- 1 tsp garlic powder 
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a pan, toss in your frozen veggies, and give them 5-7 minutes to soften up. 
- Throw the chopped chicken into the mix, add soy sauce, and stir for another couple of minutes. 
- Serve hot or pack it up for tomorrow’s lunch—either way, you’re winning.
